Tax calculations

UK CGT and dividend tax views are estimates based on the imported files and assumptions shown in the app. They may be incomplete if exports are missing transactions, transfers, historical holdings, tax adjustments, fees or foreign exchange details.

The CGT helper is intended for UK taxable investment accounts only. SIPPs and ISAs are generally exempt from UK capital gains tax, so the CGT view should not be used for those account types.

Portfolio metrics

Returns, allocation, dividend forecasts, rebalancing suggestions and Monte Carlo projections are illustrative. They depend on the imported data and may not reflect live prices, future dividends, fund look-through exposure or your personal circumstances.
